The content that kicks upstairs weight loss products as well as cosmetic procedures will have the new policies of Instagram.
A One Sol is the great digital marketing agency in the world that offers email marketing services.
In the future, users under 18 will not be able to see the content.
Besides, content that promotes unrealistic claims about diet or weight loss products will be immediately removed from Instagram.
Emma Collins, public policy manager on Instagram, explains why these changes made:
“We want Instagram to be a positive place for everyone who uses it, and this policy is part of what we do to ease the pressures people sometimes experience on social networks.”
Policy changes will be expanded to similar content on Facebook. A feature will also be implemented to allow users to report on publications that violate these new policies.

A Campaign for Change
A campaign called ‘I Weigh’ will play a role in achieving these policy changes.
Actress Jameela Jamil launched the campaign last year, celebrating this change in a recent Instagram post:
“This is a piece of excellent news. @I_weight changed the world together. After shouting, shouting and asking, we managed to get our attention to the top. They heard our voices and wanted to protect us.
It should be noted that the advertising policies of Instagram have never made it possible to promote weight loss products and beauty programs.
As influential people and celebrities increasingly choose to promote these products in organic publications, other policies need to be implemented.
